Another easy breezy dish created by Ju’s mom.Baiye is bean curd sheets that are cut into strips and used in this recipe.It is such a simple dish that even a novice cook can prepare this with ease and earn showers of appreciation!


You need:

Garlic chives- a small bunch ,chopped into 2″ long pieces.
Beancurd sheet-1 sheet,chopped into thin strips
Ginger- 1″ piece,chopped
Seasoning cube- 1
Salt to taste
Oil- 1 teaspoon

  1. In a wok heat oil and add ginger .Saute for a minute.
  2. Put in Garlic chives,salt and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Add the beancurd strips and seasoning cube and mix well.
  4. Cook for another minute
  5. Remove from heat and serve.
