Lil Angel is a huge fan of steamed corn.So I made this just for her.It was good on its own but Lil Angel enjoyed topping up each chip with a small pile of this salsa. Will be making this more often for sure…

Steamed corn from 1/2 a cob,1 small tomato,chopped, 1,small onion,chopped,1/4 bell pepper,chopped,1/4 teaspoon sugar,1 green chili chopped salt, lemon juice to taste,chopped coriander leaves.Mix well
Serve chilled with Tortilla Chips…
