Paneer, the Indian cheese made by curdling heated milk with acidic agents like lemon juice/ vinegar , is a family favorite, especially with the kids.

I used to buy paneer from the stores until I realized how simple and tasty it is to prepare it at home,not to mention we can vouch for its
freshness!The texture is also very different from the store brought paneer.Once you make it at home, you will never ever look at the ones sold in the stores!

So I make paneer at home quite often and use it in a wide range of recipes right from soups, appetizers to desserts…

Here are some of out favorite dishes put together in my kitchen…..And there are a few dishes with Tofu as well. You can interchange the two and create delicious dishes for your family…
