This easy to make Chocolate peppermint pudding has been adjudged the best pudding by the kids!

While making this one, the kids were in the kitchen trying to have a glimpse of what I was preparing.Once the chocolate melted and the peppermint essence was added , the whole house seemed to land on a magical island!

Lil Angel took a spoonful even before it cooled down to do a taste test. She savored it slowly and closed her eyes. I was sure she loved it. ‘At first the chocolate hits you and then the peppermint gives you such a refreshing feel in your mouth’, she said in total Master Chef style! What better compliment can I ask for!!

The toughest part was waiting for it to cool so that we can actually indulge on the treat. It tasted so much yummier than the first taste test.

I have used coconut milk and unrefined cane sugar in this recipe. You can always substitute it with milk and regular white sugar.
