The days are so hot here and cooking seems like a huge task! Due to this type of climate, we tend to lose our appetite as well.We are indulging on cooling foods but for kids fun foods seem to be more attractive!

Last summer, I had bookmarked and prepared a whole lot of Popsicle, ice cream and sorbet recipes. One among the list is this Gummy bear Popsicle.

It needs just 2 ingredients! Apple juice and gummy bears!

And that’s not all!!The best thing about these pops is that even kids can make it! So it doubles as an activity for kids and also a snack for them to enjoy!

Step by step method to make Gummy Bear Popsicle:

I used :

Gummy bears – as needed [I used around 30]
Apple juice- 250ml

In a popsicle mould, add a little bit of apple juice and then arrange the gummy bears. Add some more juice and freeze for half an hour. Again layer with a few gummy bears.Repeat this process.

Repeat till the mould is full. Cover and freeze.

When ready to serve, show the Popsicle mould under running water for a couple of minutes. Gently remove the pops.

Enjoy!!
