Unlike the Gummy bear Popsicle and the Banana peanut butter Popsicle that I posted earlier this week, this Strawberry Lemonade Popsicle was prepared just a couple of days ago. While I still have a couple of Popsicle recipes from last summer, this one was made when I experimented with the two flavors.

I was cleaning out the fridge and had a little bit of strawberry crush and some lemon juice left. I made a juice with these two and wondered how it would taste as a Popsicle.

As the day was pretty hot, I felt these flavors would be refreshing. But the idea of Popsicle sounded extremely yum!

Lil Angel was so excited by the prospect and immediately the Popsicle moulds came out of the prop cupboard and was ready for use.

So a portion of the drink got converted to this refreshing Popsicle!!

Note:

  • Adjust the quantity of the ingredients to suit your taste
  • The strawberry crush is already quite sweet. So add sugar accordingly or you can even skip it.
