Palak Cheese Adai Recipe with step by step pictures

When I opened the fridge this morning, I had the regular dosa batter and adai batter . The small box of spinach puree was waiting to be used and a single cube of amul cheese looked forlorn.

Then I had this brainwave to make use of these ingredients to make a colorful dosa / adai. Then I chose adai over dosa and thus was born this dish!

All we need is three ingredients and within minutes, a delicious vibrantly colored dish is born!
