A delicious and healthy drink Padmajha. I made something similar for the forthcoming healthy drinks for kids as ragi is commonly given to kids here in the form of a thick milky drink. Like your idea of adding dates to sweeten it naturally.

Since we stopped eating sugar, I am adding dates in my shakes and smoothies. Apart from the sweetness they does gives a nice flavor too. This ragi shake looks very tasty.
