This is Verkadalai Chapathi | Peanut Spice-mix stuffed Chapathi is yet another dish that got done a week before the A-Z flat bread series started . This was mom’s idea and it sounded delicious.

The stuffing is very simple – peanut ,a little roasted channa dal,and red chilies, roasted and powdered. This can be made ahead and used as needed.

Since the filling is flavorful, you can have this with curd / a glass of buttermilk. This spice mix can also be used to flavor vegetable curries and mixed rice varieties!
