This Jamun Fruit | Nagapalam Smoothie Recipe is a very simple dish to make and it is one of the best ways to beat the summer heat.

Here is how to prepare Jamun Fruit | Nagapalam Smoothie Recipe

I used :

Jamun fruit, desseded and chopped – 1/4 cup
Chilled Thick fresh yogurt – 11/2 cup
Chilled Milk-1/2 cup
Jaggery / Honey to taste

  1. Take all the ingredients in a mixie jar
  2. Blend till frothy.
  3. Serve immediately.

Note:

  • Use ripe fruits
  • If you feel it is thick, add more milk / curd
  • Add any sweetener of your choice.

    Very interesting recipe, PJ. I have ever only eaten this fruit grudgingly as a child. I don’t remember eating this all too often 🙂 If I can lay my hands on this fruit I shall try out all the recipes in this series.

  2. smoothie looks rich and creamy pj! jamun is such a delicious fruit, why not try everything possible, we can always eat it as such with salt!!!!
