If you had read the previous post, you would have known that I am trying to make cakes of different flavored using the same base!
In the same line, I have these yummy chocolate and mint flavored cupcakes made with the eggless vanilla batter.
Some chocolate chips and peppermint essence takes this basic batter to a different level and it will ‘Wow’ kids and adults alike!!
I used this eggless vanilla cake batter and added cocoa powder, chocolate chips and pepper mint essence to the batter. Sprinkled some choco chips on top before baking.
The whole house smelt of chocolate and mint and it was heavenly!!!

Pepper mint seems to be one of the classic flavors of the season and chocolate and mint must have worked wonders.
