Call this Cucumber Agua Fresca / Cucumber Lime Agua Fresca / Agua Fresca de Pepino, this recipe is the easiest and the most refreshing summer drink!

Agua Fresca is a popular beverage in Mexico, Central America and spreading over to other places too.

Agua fresca is basically a non alcoholic beverage that is made with fruits / vegetables / cerelas / herbs along with water and a sweetener .

There are so many varieties and variations that you will never get bored of trying them out!

Now that travelling seems like a distant dream, I thought it will nice to make a ‘foreign’ beverage and dream about the vacation we were supposed to have taken.

No, not to Mexico but to some other place for sure.Since it’s not physically possible to travel even to the nearest city, I thought why not travel to Mexico and imagine having a nice refreshing agua fresca there!

I know it sounds stupid but its the only way we can think of having a vacation!

Anyway, years back I tried this simple Watermelon Agua Fresca and a couple of years back this simple Mint and Ginger Chia Fresca and both of them were too good for words.

So here is another simple beverage that will be loved by all at home.
