Sal to taste
Oil -2 teaspoons

  1. Heat oil in a pan and put in mustard, cumin seeds, asafoetida power.
  2. When the mustard splutters , add the potato , salt, chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder and sprinkle a little water.Cook till the potao is 80 % done.Stir once in a while.
  3. Add the capsicum and cook till both the veggies are done.

Serve with steamed  rice.

I made it a little soft. The original recipe is crunchier I guess.
