This summer, I have been making a lot of frozen treats for the kids. I felt it was way better that the ones you get from he shops and we get to control all those ingredients that are not really good for the health.

One day while grocery shopping, Lil angel found a rose milk concentrate and wanted to buy it. I turned the rose milk into a Popsicle that she loved!

There is no recipe for this actually, but more of a guideline that all. The kids will love to have this and will keep asking you to make some more!

This is my second post for Blogging Marathon – 41, Week #2 – Summer specials.

I used:

Milk- 500 ml
Powdered sugar to taste
Rose milk concentrate a few drops [ Adjust to taste/ will vary with brand]

  • Boil and cool the milk. Add powdered sugar, rose milk concentrate . Pour into molds and freeze till set.

Note:

  • I made this twice – once with boiled and cooled milk and another time with pasteurized milk which I did not heat. Both were good and there was no difference in taste.
  • Add sugar a tad more that you would normally. That brings out the correct sugar level in the Popsicle.

Here are some of the other Frozen delights that you might like to try this summer….
