A quick curry with Maharashtrian flavors!
In a pressure cooker, heat oil and add mustard and channa dal.
When the mustard pops, add the curry leaves, red chilies and onion. Saute till the onions turn translucent.
Cover and pressure cook for 1 whistle. Wait for the pressure to come down.
Open the cooker and give a stir. Remove onto a serving bowl.
Serve as a side with lunch.
