A simple and east dessert!
In a pan take the corn flour,salt, cocoa powder and unrefined cane sugar.Whisk well to mix
Slowly add coconut milk and whisk well so that there are no lumps
Put the pan on the stove and simmer.
Once it starts thickening, remove from heat and add the choco chips and whisk well so that the chocolate melts.
Return the pan to the stove and simmer once again
A a few drops of peppermint essence, whisk well and remove from heat. The mixture would have thickened by now
Transfer into a bowl / serving dish and refrigerate for at least half an hour.
