A quick masala peanut recipe made in the microwave. Perfect with a cup of tea / coffee
Soak the peanuts for an hour.Drain and take in a bowl
Add the besan, rice flour, red chili powder, sallt, baking soda, oil.
Add water little by little and mix so that the masala coats the peanuts.
Spread on a microwave proof plate and microwave for 4 minutes on high
Remove from microwave and remove the clumps. Microwave again for a minute or two.
The peanuts will be soft when hot and will turn crisp once it cools down.So do not over cook it.
