Sheet Pan Paneer and Bell Peppers Recipe

A simple sheet pan meal with cottage cheese and bell peppers

Ingredients

  • 1 block Paneer / CottageCheese
  • 1/2 each Colored Bell Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Tomato Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Soy Sauce
  • 2 teaspoons White sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon ,each Grated Ginger and garlic
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Take the paneer in a bowl, add chili powder, tomato sauce, soya sauce,sesame seeds, grated ginger and garlic. Mix well and let it sit for a couple of hours in the fridge. I let it sit over night.

  2. Grease a sheet pan and keep aside.Chop the colored capsicum and onions. Spread the vegetables and paneer in a single layer. Sprinkle salt/ seasoning.

  3. Bake in a pre heated oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes. Give it a stir and return to oven. Bake for another 5-8 minutes.

  4. Serve as such / over a piece of toast.
