Microwave Oats Peanut Butter Mug Cake{Eggfree}

A quick and simple microwave cake with the goodness of Oats and Peanut Butter

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons Oats
  • 2 tablespoons Peanutbutter, divided
  • 6 tablespoon Milk
  • 2 tablespoons Powdered Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • Chocolate chips as needed

Instructions

  1. Take milk in a bowl and add sugar, oil and whisk well to combine.

  2. Add oats and whole wheat flour.

  3. Put in baking powder, salt, choco chips and mix gently.Transfer half of this into a microwave proof mug.

  4. Spread 1 tablespoon if peanut butter and top with with the remaining batter. Microwave on high for 2 minutes / till done.

  5. While still hot quickly spread 1 teaspoon peanut butter and top with more chocolate chips.

  6. 2 minute MW Oats peanut butter mug cake is ready to be served!!!
