Chapathi Paneer Pizza

A quick pizza recipe with out the need to bake ,made on the stove top

Servings 2 pizzas

Ingredients

  • 100 grams paneer,cubed
  • 1 teaspoon tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon each grated ginger and garlic
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 cup colored capsicum / bell pepper,finely chopped
  • 1 number onion ,small,finely chopped
  • A pinch or two Oregano and red chili flakes
  • Tomato sauce as needed
  • Mozzarella cheese as needed

Instructions

  1. Take the paneer cubes in a bowl and add tomato sauce,soy sauce, ginger, garlic and mix well. Let it marinate for at least 2-3 hours / overnight

  2. Knead a dough with wheat flour and salt as we do for chapathi.

  3. Divide it into two parts. Roll out one part into a slightly thick chapathi and cook properly on one side. The other side can be half done.

  4. On the well cooked side, spread pizza sauce / tomato sauce , cheese,colored capsicum and onion and one more layer of cheese.Lower the flame and cover and cook till the cheese melts.

  5. Now sprinkle oregano and chili flakes.

  6. Cut into wedges and serve

  7. Repeat for the other portion of the dough

Recipe Notes

  • You can use paneer cubes as such without marinating
