Spiced Moroccan Coffee

A coffee with warm spices from Morocco!

Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons Coffee Grounds
  • 1 piece Clove
  • 1/2 inch piece Cinnamon
  • A Small piece Mace
  • 4 numbers Peppercorns
  • 1 number Cardamom, pods removed
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ginger powder
  • 150 ml Water
  • Sugar to taste

Instructions

  1. Using a spice mill / motor and pestle grind the spices.

  2. Add this to the coffee grounds and mix well.

  3. Fill it up in the percolator filer and brew the coffee. Or use this spiced coffee ground and brew the coffee as you normally do.

  4. Add sugar to taste.

  5. Milk /  creamer can be added.
