Eggless Christmas Sugar Cookies

A colorful cookie recipe apt for the holiday season.

Ingredients

  • 200 grams Eggless basic cookie dough
  • Colored sugar red and green - as needed

Instructions

  1. Roll out the cookie dough and cut into desired shape using a cookie cutter

  2. Take the colored sugar in two separate plates. Put the cookies over the sugar and press gently so that it sticks to the cookies

  3. Transfer the cookies onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake in a pre heated oven at 180 degree C fr 8-10 minutes. The baking time will vary based on the size and thickness of the cookies.

  4. Once the bottom of the cookies turn brown, remove from oven and cool on a wire rack.Store in air tight containers after the cookies cool down completely.

Recipe Notes

  • You can add any flavor to the dough .I have kept it plain though.
