Fry the cashew in oil . Drain and keep aside.
In the same pan, cook the soya granules till they swell up slightly and turn a bit crisp.Remove from pan, cool and grind coarsely.
Heat coconut milk in a pan and when it starts boiling, add sugar.ground soya, cocoa powder.Whisk well to combine
When it comes to a boil, remove from heat and add cashews
Serve warm / chilled
