A simple side for South Indian Breakfast dishes.
Take the roasted peanuts, roasted channa dal,coconut, red chilies, tamarind,ginger,salt and coriander leaves in a mixie jar.
Grind to a smooth paste adding water little by little. Adjust the quantity of water to suit you preferred consistency. Transfer the chutney into a serving bowl.
Heat oil in a small pan and add mustard and cumin. When the mustard pops, pour over the chutney and mix well.
Serve with Idli / Dosa
