Sugarcane juice popsicle Recipe

A delicious and cool way to beat the summer heat!

Ingredients

  • 300 ml Sugarcane Juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ginger powder
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients together

  2. Pour into Popsicle moulds and freeze

  3. When ready to serve , show the moulds under running water to remove the Popsicle from the mould.

  4. Enjoy the delicious Popsicle!

Recipe Notes

  • Try to make these Popsicle as soon as you bring home the juice. It will start decolourizing after some time.
  • Addition of ginger and lemon juice are optional but highly recommended. Adjust to suit your taste. 
  • Sometimes, they sell the juice with ginger and lemon added, so you can skip these two while making pops.
