Mango Overnight Oats Recipe

A quick and delicious no cook breakfast.

Ingredients

  • Toasted Oats
  • Chopped Mangoes
  • Milk
  • Jaggery / sweetener
  • Soaked Basil / chia seeds
  • For Topping:
  • Chopped mango
  • Chia seeds
  • Flax seeds
  • Tutti frutti
  • Chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Mix / layer all the ingredients except the toppings in a bowl/ jar.

  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight

  3. When ready to serve, add more milk and garnish with the toppings.

Recipe Notes

  • Add any topping of your choice like nuts, dried fruits etc
  • I used jaggery but other sweeteners can be used or omitted if the mangoes are really very sweet.
  • For a vegan version, use peanut milk / any other nut based / dairy free milk of your choice.
