A simple side dish to go with Indian breads
Soak the melon seeds and poppy seeds for a couple of hours. Drain and grind to a fine paste adding a little water.
Meanwhile parboil the vegetable, drain the water and keep aside.We can use the water used to cook the vegetables in the gravy.
In a pan add a little oil and saute onion, garlic, ginger,capsicum toll the onion is soft. Now add the ground paste ,the vegetables.
Add red chili powder,salt and a little of the reserved water used to cook the vegetables. Simmer for a couple of minutes and remove from heat.
Serve garnished with coriander leaves.
