Paneer Korma Recipe

A simple dish with panner that is quick to prepare and goes well with Indian Flatbreads.

Ingredients

  • 200 grams Paneer. cubed
  • 2 numbers Onion,grated
  • 2 numbers Tomato
  • 3 Tablespoons Fresh cream, divided
  • 1 teaspoon Kashmiri red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder
  • A pich Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon kasuri methi,crushed lightly
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander leaves to garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil water and add tomatoes. Switch off and let it sit for 10 minutes. Peel the skin and chop.

  2. Heat oil in a pan and fry the onion for a couple of minutes.

  3. Add the tomatoes and let it cook for a minute.Add the turmeric powder, kashmiri chili powder,salt and a little water.


  4. Once it comes to a boil, add paneer cubes, 2 tablespoons fresh cream and switch off the flame.

  5. Sprinkle garam masala, kasuri methi and give it a mix.

  6. Serve garnished with coriander leaves ,fresh cream .
