Ajwain Kasurimethi Paratha

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Whole wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon Kasuri methi /Dried fenugreek leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Ajwain / Bishop's weed
  • 1 teaspoon Oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Take whole wheat flour, salt, ajwain, Kasuri methi in a bowl. Add water little by little and knead to a smooth dough.

  2. Pinch out a golf sized ball of dough and flatten it using a rolling pin.

  3. Cook on a heated griddle till brown spots appear on both sides.

  4. Serve with a gravy of your choice
