An Indian flatbread made with whole wheat flour, chickpea flour / besan and some basic spices.
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well
Add water little by little and knead to a semi stiff dough
Pinch out equal sized balls of dough and roll out into Rotis
Cook on a heated griddle till brown spots appear on both side
Remove from heat and serve with Curd / Raita and Pickle / Chutney
