Sauteed green chili and nigella seed stuffed flatbrad
Take the whole wheat flour in a bowl and add a little salt and mix well.
Add water little by little and knead to a smooth ,non sticky dough.Add oil and knead one more ,cover and keep aside.
To make the filling, deseed and chop the green chilies finely. Heat oil in a pan and put in nigella seeds.After a few seconds, add the chopped green chilies and saute for a couple of minutes.Remove from heat and keep aside.
Pinch out a small ball of dough and roll it out into a circle.Place a small portion of the filling in the center and bring the edges together.
Roll out into a 5" circle dusting a little flour if needed.Cook on a heated griddle till brown spots appear on both sides
Remove from griddle and serve with buttermilk / raita / a side of your choice.
