A healthy Indian flatbread made with a combination of buckwheat and jowar flour and some spices.
Take the mashed potato, jowar flour, salt,kasuri methi,flaxmeal,ajwain and buckwheat flour in bowl.
Add water little by little and knead to a non sticky dough.Add a teaspoon of oil and knead again.
Pinch out a small ball of dough and using some jowar flour, gently roll it out into a 4" circle.Cook on both sides till brown spots appear, drizzling a little oil if needed.Remove from pan. Repeat with remaining dough
Serve immediately with a side of your choice.We had this with carrot raita.
