A papad and capsicum stuffed paratha that is simply delicious and so filling!
Take wheat flour, salt in a bowl and mix well.Add water little by little and knead to a smooth non stick dough by adding a little oil at the knead. Knead and keep aside.
Crush the roasted papad and keep aside. In a bowl take chopped colored capsicum,onion, coriander leaves,salt, chili powder,kalonji and mix.Keep aside
Take a golf sized ball of dough and flatten it a bit.Place a tablespoon of the capsicum filling and top it up with some broken papad. Bring the edges together.Using a little flour to dust, roll out into 4" parathas. Cook on a heated griddle,drizzling oil around the edges if needed.Cook on both sides till brown spots appear.Remove from griddle.Repeat for the remaining dough.
Serve with a side of your choice. I served it with masala raita.
