A healthy roti made with Ragi and whole wheat flour with the addition of vegetable to add an extra nutritious punch.
Take whole wheat flour, Ragi flour,salt, grated carrot, finely chopped onion and coriander seeds in a bowl.Mix well.Add water and knead to a smooth non sticky dough.Add oil and knead for a few more minutes.
Pinch out a ball of dough and place on a rolling board. Dusting a little flour, roll into a thin circle.
Cook on a heated griddle till brown spots appear on both sides.Remove from griddle. Repeat for the remaining dough.
Serve with a side of your choice.
