A Pickle flavored Chapathi that takes just a few minutes to preapre and is a change from the routine / plain chapathi.
Take the wheat flour and salt in a bowl and mix well.
Add water little by little and knead to a smooth non sticky dough.Add oil and knead once again.
Take a small ball of dough and flatten it a little. Apply a little pickle and bring the edges together.
Roll out into a circle and cook on a heated griddle till brown spots appear on both sides.
Serve with Curd / Raita
