Zucchini Carrot Paratha Recipe

A healthy and tasty paratha for breakfast / dinner

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Whole wheat flour
  • 1 small Zucchini, peeled and grated
  • 1 small Carrot,peeled and grated
  • 1/4 teaspoon Kalonji
  • A pinch Turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Oil

Instructions

  1. Take whole wheat flour, salt, grated zucchini, grated carrot, kalonji,salt and turmeric powder in a bowl and mix well.Add water little by little and knead to a smooth and non sticky dough .Add a little oil and knead a few more times.

  2. Roll out a small ball of dough and roll out into a circle. Cook on a heated tawa / griddle till brown spots appear on both sides, Remove from tawa. Repeat for the remaining dough.

  3. Serve with a side of your choice.
