A quick and easy healthy dessert with Finger millet flour,peanuts and cane sugar
Heat ghee in a small pan and add the cashews.Fry till golden brown. Remove from ghee and reserve the remaining ghee. Break the cahews into small pieces and keep aside.
Roast the ragi flour on low flame till the raw smell disappears. Let it cool.
In a mixie jar, take peanuts, ragi flour and cane sugar and grind to a powder.
Immediately transfer it onto a plate and put in the cashew bits and the reserved ghee used to fry it. Take a fistful of this mixture and shape into balls.
Store in an air tight container or enjoy these ladoos immediately!
