Eggless Rose Pistachio Cookies Recipe

A crunchy rose flavored cookies with pistachios

Ingredients

  • 180 grams Eggless basic cookie dough recipe
  • 2 tablespoons Finely chopped Pistachio
  • 2 teaspoons Chopped Dried Rose Petals
  • A few drops Rose Essence

Instructions

  1. Take the cookie dough , chopped pistachio, dried rose petals, rose essence in a bowl and mix gently to combine. 

  2. Roll out into a sheet of 1/2 cm in thickness. Using a cookie cutter ,punch out cookies of desired shapes.

  3. Transfer onto a tray lied with parchment paper. Gather the remaining dough and prepare cookies. 

  4. Bake in a pre heated oven at 180 degree C for 10 minutes / till the edges turn light brown.Transfer onto a cooling rack.Store in an air tight container once cooled.

  5. Crispy rose flavored cookies with pistachio is ready to be savored!

Recipe Notes

  • I used only a few drops of rose essence. Depending on the brand/ flavor, adjust the quantity to suit you taste
  • Similarly adjust the dried rose petals to suit your taste
  • The cookies will be soft as soon as they are bakes. It will turn crunchy once it cools down.
  • The yield will depend on the size of cookie cutter used.
  • The baking time will vary depending in the size and thickness of the cookie.
