An eggfree easy moist chocolate cake fit to be served as a snack with your evening cuppa!
Take flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a bowl.Whisk well to combine
Take the bananas in another bowl and mash well. Add cane sugar and oil.Whisk well to combine. After the sugar dissolves, add milk and whisk again so that the ingredients blend together.
Add this banana mixture, chopped nuts to the dry ingredients bowl and mix. Since the mixture was too dry, I added another 1/2 cup of milk. gently whisk to get a lumpfree batter.
Pour into a loaf tin and bake at 180 degree C for 40 minutes / till a skewer when inserted in the center comes out clean.
Remove from oven and let it sit as such for 10 minutes. Remove it from the pan and cool on a wire rack.
After it cools completely cut into slices and serve.
