An easy way to make pumpkin puree at home
Wash the pumpkin and remove the seeds and the stingy parts.Peel and chop the pumpkin into small pieces
Take it in a vessel and add a little water to it
Pressure cook for 10 minutes / 2 whistles.
Once the pressure releases, remove the vessel from the cooker and let it cool
Drain out the excess water and use it in soup / add to stock.
Take the cooked pumpkin in a blender jar and puree.
