Flax seed Sesame Ladoo Recipe

A simple and healthy energy ball/ ladoo recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Flaxseed
  • 1/2 cup Sesame seeds
  • Cane sugar as needed

Instructions

  1. Take the flax seeds in a pan and roast for a few minutes till it starts crackling.Transfer onto a plate and keep aside. Roast sesame seeds till they turn a little brown. Transfer this into the above mentioned plate and keep aside.

  2. Once the flax- sesame mix cools down, transfer into a mixie jar and add cane sugar. Pulse a couple of times till powdered. 

    Transfer this into a bowl/plate. Take a handful of this mix and shape into balls.



  3. Store in an air tight container or serve immediately. Stays good for a couple of days at room temperature and for a longer time in the fridge.
