No Cook Carrot Ladoo Recipe

A simple dessert that even kids can prepare at home and it gets done in 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Grated Carrot
  • 4 tsp Powdered Sugar
  • 4 tsp Milk Powder
  • 1 tbsp Raisins
  • Roasted Cahews To garnish

Instructions

  1. Take the grated carrot in a bowl and add sugar and milk powder and mix well.

  2. The mixture will turn a bit watery. So squeeze out the liquid and keep aside.

  3. Add raisins and mix

  4. Take a small amount of the mixture and form balls/ ladoos.

  5. Garnish each ladoo with a roasted cashew.

Recipe Notes

  • Adjust sugar to suit your taste
  • If the carrots are sweet reduce the quantity of sugar.
  • You can also add tutti frutti, chopped nuts to the mixture.
  • The squeezed out liquid from the mixture will be delicious and kids will love to have it as a drink!
  • Tastes best when served chilled.
