Quick fix rice for lunch/lunch box
Heat oil in a pan and add onion, ginger, garlic and saute till onion is soft.
Put in the bell pepper and sweet corn.Saute for a couple of minutes
Add soy sauce, tomato puree. Mix well.
Put in cooked rice.
Add pepper powder,salt and mix well. Reduce the flame and stir once in a while. Let the flavors combine.
Remove from pan and serve.
