Bell Pepper & Sweet Corn Fried Rice Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Oil
  • 1 no. Onion Chopped
  • 1 inch piece Ginger Peeled and chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic Finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Colored bell pepper Chopped
  • 1/4 cup Boiled Sweet corn
  • 1 tsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tsp Tomato puree
  • 1 tsp Pepper Powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 cup Rice Cooked

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add onion, ginger, garlic and saute till onion is soft.

  2. Put in the bell pepper and sweet corn.Saute for a couple of minutes

  3. Add soy sauce, tomato puree. Mix well.

  4. Put in cooked rice.

  5. Add pepper powder,salt and mix well. Reduce the flame and stir once in a while. Let the flavors combine.

  6. Remove from pan and serve.
