A simple sweet dish from the kongunadu cuisine
Heat ghee in a pan and fry the cashew till golden brown. Remove from pan and keep aside
In the same pan, fry the broken wheat till a nice aroma arises. Take care not to burn the broken wheat
Add milk and mix well. Simmer till the rawa is almost cooked
Add sugar and mix well. Cook till the dish thickens slightly.
Remove from heat and add cardamom powder and fried cashews.
Serve warm / chilled.
