Quick and Easy Potato Fry

A simple and crispy potato curry that will becomes everyone's favorite!

Course Side Dish

Ingredients

  • 4 numbers Potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons Corn flour
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder adjust to taste
  • To taste Salt
  • To deep fry Oil

Instructions

  1. Peel the potato and cut into half.

  2. Heat a little water in a pressure cooker and parboil the potatoes. I cooked it for 1 whistle.

  3. Once the pressure releases, discard the water and remove the potatoes. Cut them into bite sized pieces.

  4. Take the cubed potatoes in a bowl and add the red chili powder, salt ,1 teaspoon oil and cornflour.Mix to combine.

  5. Heat oil in a pan and gently drop the potato cubes into the oil.

  6. Deep fry till golden brown.Drain and keep aside.Repeat for the remaining batches.
