Soak the pista in water for an hour or so. Remove and discard the skin.
Take the pista,around 50ml milk and sugar in a blender jar and grind to a smooth paste.
Take the milk in a vessel and add the ground paste. Add a few drops of the pista milk essence and mix well.
Pour into Popsicle moulds and cover them up. Place in the freezer till set. I left them over night. Before serving, show them under running water and demould gently.
Delicious and pretty Pista Popsicle is ready to be savored!

Adding ground pistachio nuts is optional
If you have powdered sugar, you can add it directly to the milk
You can use paper cup if you don't have Popsicle moulds.
