A simple porridge / kanji that can be had for breakfast / as an evening drink.
Take water in a pan and put in the flour. Whisk well so that there are no lumps.
Heat this mixture on low - medium flame and keep stirring. The mixture will thicken .Let it cool. Take this mixture in a vessel.
Whisk yogurt with a little water and add it to the multi millet paste. Put in salt and whisk well.
Heat oil in a pan and add mustard and cumin seeds.When the cumin crackles, add curry leaves and red chilies. Pour it over the porridge and mix well.
Serve garnished with coriander leaves.
