Peanut Milk Recipe | Dairy Free Milk Alternative

A simple way to prepare a casein free milk.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Raw peanuts
  • 2 cups Water

Instructions

  1. Soak the peanuts for at least 5 hours. Drain and discard the water

  2. Take the peanuts in a blender jar and add a cup of water and blend well. Filter.

  3. Put the peanut meal into the blender and add the remaining water and blend again.

  4. Filter and squeeze out as much milk as possible
