Ingredients

  • 2 Handfuls Mudakkathan Keerai / Balloon Vine leaves, cleaned and washed
  • 3 cups Dosa batter

Instructions

  1. Separate the leaves from the vine and wash well.Grind the leaves to a puree and add it to the dosa batter

  2. .Mix well to combine and make dosas as usual.

  3. Serve with sambar / chutney of your choice.
