A quick pizza flavored snack that the kids and adults will love!
Flatten out the bread slices using a rolling pin
Spread a teaspoon of tomato sauce on each slice
Mix all the vegetables and divide into 4 portions.
Place a portion of cheese on the bread slice, a portion of the vegetables and top with more cheese. Fold and seal the edges. I used a fork to press it down.
Toast on a griddle. Brushing with butter is optional. I did not use butter / oil
Once both the sides are toasted, remove from griddle and serve with tomato / chili sauce.
